From reverse to linear perspective: the Venetian Room envelops us
From linear to reverse perspective: the lines envelope us and move out and up
From linear to reverse perspective: the lines ascend upward wing-like
ASCENDING & DESCENDING HORIZONS: horizon shifts absorb the viewer, “drowning” and then, the water surface dipping below
Horizon shift: water surface below us
Horizon shift: water surface rises
Horizon shift: water surface rises further and brings up the souls
Horizon shift: water surface dips below and “births” a tidal wave
UPWARD SHIFTS: the viewer goes from witness position to “joining” the flight upward
